Organization Hierarchy

Every organization has its own hierarchy which is made out of three user types:

  • Organization Admin – Is the general admin of all divisions, and has full access and permission of the account.
  • Division (region/sector) Admin – Administrator of the division
  • Division (region/sector) User – User of the division

Initially, login credentials will be provided to the organization admin by the reseller.
